Starting in sales over 13 years ago, Jacob quickly moved to the quality department as a skilled analytical person for his analytical chemistry skills. Today, he is an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems expert, pushing boundaries and championing continuous improvement. Technical Marketing Specialist

James our Technical Marketing Specialist excels in selling raw materials to various industries. During his internship, he played a key role in developing our website and with the compliance department to create customer-facing documents. James joined Parchem as an intern while pursuing his BBA and MBA in accounting at Iona University. James plays golf, cheers on his favorite sports team, and enjoys quality time with his wife in his free time

Compliance Specialist

Our Compliance Specialist has brought his scientific expertise to Parchem. William earned a BA in Biology from the University of Connecticut and has extensive firsthand lab experience. His focus on chemical safety and quality makes him a vital part of our team. After work, William is at the disc golf course or spends time with his wife, son, and two dogs.
