The building has undergone significant renovations to return it to its original historic state. The sleek new modern gym and cutting edge marketing department was specifically designed to host this team, which is the centerpiece of the building.
Additionally, the state of the art employee lounge and gourmet kitchen is often the gathering space for special events and team exercises.
On site as well, is an international private art gallery named Mahlstedt Gallery which features work from artist all around the world.

Parchem Pathway interns work on a variety of assignments that directly impact the business. The interns are always challenged to be innovative, examine the status quo and act with prompt precision on their respective findings. We encourage our interns to address challenges, whether it's a market place dilemma or an internal process that needs to be refined. Throughout the program, interns are encouraged to lead new market development initiatives, research a variety of industries and unique products that will leave an indelible mark on the bottom line.
"Parchem Pathway" is Parchem's premier internship program for outstanding students pursing degrees in Finance, Economics, Biology, Chemistry and minors in applied sciences.
We have high regards for the Parchem Pathway interns time because they complete and produce the most extraordinary results throughout the winter, spring, summer and fall of their internships.
As an intern in this high performance environment you will work on projects that strategically continue to move the company forward. You will experience firsthand the impact of your leadership on the company and play a vital role in driving the business.
