7. DATA RETENTION

Retention periods are determined based on the nature of the information, the purposes for processing, applicable legal requirements, and our legitimate business needs.

For customer and transaction records, we generally retain information for at least seven (7) years after the last transaction to comply with tax and accounting requirements, support warranty claims, and maintain business records. For marketing contacts, we retain information until you opt out or request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. For website usage data, we generally retain analytics data for up to three (3) years. For regulatory compliance records, we retain export control documentation, end-use certificates, and similar records as required by applicable law, which may be five (5) years or longer.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 10.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA).
