Parchem – fine & specialty chemicals is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction every level of the global chemical marketplace.  Parchem is proud to offer thousands of different products to our partners across many different industries. This week Parchem highlights Sucralose.

Sucralose [ CAS # 56038-13-2 ] is an organochlorine sweetener commonly used as an artificial flavoring additive in food and drink. Sucralose was permitted in use world-wide after years of safety testing and is now a regularly used ingredient in the global food supply chain. Sucralose is synthesized from natural sugar molecules, and the chlorine atoms which replace hydroxy groups yield a heightened sweetness.

Because it is sweeter than sucrose, saccharin, and aspartame, Sucralose is now one of the most popular sweeteners in food and beverage products. Additionally, it is stable under heat and a wide range of pH conditions. Sucralose is frequently used in baking products, preserved goods, and other products requiring longer shelf lives.

Parchem – fine & specialty chemicals is dedicated to providing quality products and service to our customers. Our passion for excellence drives us to be your most reliable chemical supply business partner.
