Supporting arts education is just one example of how Parchem is giving back to the greater New York community. Senior Director of Strategy Randi Norfleet and Director of Mahlstedt Gallery Diana Buckley teamed up last Thursday, February 27th, to support ProjectArt at its 3rd Annual Gala in NYC.
As a member of the Gala’s host committee, Randi recruited support to help actualize the vision of Parchem's sponsorship endeavors. Along with its support of organizations such as ProjectArt, Parchem's recent development in launching the Mahlstedt Gallery helps to reinforce the benefits our communities receive from innovative art organizations across the world.
“It’s through partnerships with organizations like this one that our visions and ideas have the opportunity to be realized,” noted Buckley when asked about ProjectArt. “At Parchem, we believe that educating our community and the next generation about the arts is an integral part of our lives.”
ProjectArt has led the effort to close the gap in access to arts by providing free art classes to thousands of children in New York. Additionally, ProjectArt has partnered with public libraries to promote student-driven learning opportunities focused on driving creativity in the arts.
