Catalase is an Enzyme found in animals, plants, bacteria, and fungi Catalase uses and applications include: Oxidizing enzyme; in food preservation; production aid in cheese; in decomposing residual hydrogen peroxide in bleaching and oxidizing processes; medicine (treatment of wounds, skin ulcers, eczema)
