Notes | Tartaric acid occurs as colorless or translucent crystals or as a white fine to granular crystalline powder. It is odorless and has an acid taste. According to Ph, EUR, USP, FU, NIF, FCC Y REG 2012/231/EC, the product life is 10 years, but being hygroscopic, it is recommended to use within 6 months.
