Vinyl Neodecanoate, also known as Ethenyl 7,7-dimethyloctanoate or the Vinyl Ester of Neodecanoic Acid [ CAS# 5100-52-3 ], is a specialized, organic compound that is produced as the result of reacting vinyl acetate and crotonic acid with vinyl neodecanoate monomers. Vinyl Neodecanoate is used primarily in laboratory and industrial applications in order to manufacture a variety of crosspolymers and copolymers. These crosspolymers and copolymers are then utilized to produce products and compounds for a wide range of applications, including cosmetics, personal care chemicals, and raw materials for industrial production.
