Glucose Oxidase is a food-grade enzyme used in baking, food specialty, and pharmaceutical applications.  

It is an oxygen scavenger used in beverages.

In food manufacturing it is used to remove residual glucose and inhibit non-enzymatic browning.

Powdered custom blend strengths are available up to 15,000 Units/g.  This material is also available in liquid form at 1,500 Titr.U/ml.
